Dining at Gaia Italiano is always an unforgettable experience, combining warm hospitality with authentic Italian flavors. Last night my meal started with house-made specialty focaccia, creamy burrata, and tender artichokes, setting the stage for an incredible feast of Italian foods. The cacio e pepe pasta, prepared tableside in a torched Parmesan wheel, is a must-try, while the short rib-stuffed ravioli and braciole showcase deep, comforting flavors. Served alongside crispy roasted potatoes, every bite is pure indulgence. Paired the meal with a glass of Italian wine and a handcrafted cocktail, and don’t leave without trying one of their classic desserts, like tiramisu or cannoli. From the perfectly executed dishes to the inviting ambiance, Gaia Italiano continues to offers an authentic and memorable Italian dining experience every time.

To get straight to the point, the value and quality of food is not worth the price. It was our first time there so we reviewed the menu online before choosing to dine here and the physical menu prices are way higher than the website, by at least $6 per dish. My husband ordered the bone-in chicken vesuvio for $33. The plate consisted of half a chicken, some potato wedges and peas. The chicken pieces were so small I thought the breast was a tiny thigh. I decided to get the short rib which was on special so I didn’t know the price and shame on me for not asking. However the $54 price tag was not the most troubling, it was the fact that they served me a piece of chuck roast instead of short rib. When the check dropped and I saw $54 for pot roast meat I was sick to my stomach. Restaurants survive on repeat customers but I don’t think it would ever be a question if I’d go back, they probably won’t be around long enough.

Food was well prepared and tasty. Lots of choices on menu. Service was friendly and accommodating. Noise level allowed comfortable conversation at square table for 4. Very enjoyable evening with friends. Another table had a fun birthday celebration sparkler.

Went on a Friday evening with my husband and our 5 yr old son. For appetizers we had an order Calamari Fritti, 4 scallops, my son and I shared a Fettuccine shrimp Alfredo, my husband had Pappardelle Bolognese, and we each had one red sangria. My son had a sprite. For desert we had a tiramisu, slice of cheese cake and a scoop of chocolate gelato and a scoop of vanilla gelato. Without tip our bill was $216. I felt the portions were small for the price. I was blown away when I saw that the one small scoop of gelato was $8 and the small slice of cheesecake $11 as well as the tiramisu. Overall the food was okay but I have had better elsewhere.
