   Great food and lots of variety, lovely presentation, staff quick to fill up your empty glass of sparkling, plently of tea with 1 pot each. Been for a lot of high teas found this the best.

   Table service was disorganised and could do with improvement. On one hand couldn't flag down a waiter to even get menus and take our orders, and the next moment would have 3 waiters at same time, taking away plates, bringing desserts, while we were still waiting for final mains to come out. Such confusion would be understandable if the restaurant was packed but the opposite was the case. There were several tables vacant and in my view very manageable for the amount of staff that were rostered. They seemed to be prioritising other tasks before attending to the patrons. I don't think the al a carte mains were good value for money. Nice ambience though.

   The experience was absolutely amazing. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and extremely polite. The food was extraordinary. Overall a wonderful high tea.

   Seated at the back of the restaurant near a large TV, bin and service.. absolutely no atmosphere. Requested to move to a seating area with a view considering we booked weeks in advance and there was plenty of empty tables and were barely accommodated. Service was slow to start but got better as time went on, staff seemed confused as to what was actually included in the high tea as we had drinks served which were not included and then were later revoked. Food was very good and sweets were festive and creative, sparkling wine was very nice also. Not worth the price in my view.

   Truly disappointing. This was a repeat of the Christmas high tea we brought our children to a few years back - which was magical, and our children have talked about it endlessly. This experience was nothing like our first visit. It was considerably more expensive, but we just accepted that for the value we’d get, we could justify this. We were seated in the back of an almost empty room - which felt like a sports bar - with a big screen tv, airing the news. Atmosphere killer. There seemed to be considerably less food than previously, and it wasn’t laid out like an impressive feast like last time. Two women were complaining about the lack of choices in the bathroom when we first arrived, but I dismissed this as people whining. You get a 1.5hr timeslot for bottomless high tea, but the staff packed away the ENTIRE cheese & savory buffet 30mins prior to the end, and just stopped replacing any of the other food too. Cannot imagine our children will be telling their friends about this visit, which is a shame for us, for them, and for Sheraton.

   Not quite what we expected. The food was pretty average for how much you have to pay per person. It took a while to be served and we had to keep reminding the wait staff. Wasn’t worth $100 each.

   I understand the Gallery is to be refurbished…. Good, it’s very tired. The food was nice, service pleasant but slow…ambience very average… partly due to a long fairly empty table in the middle of the room being prepared I presume for a later smorgasbord… not a good look at all. Everything about the experience was very casual almost half hearted.

   The area where high tea is served is very small, crowded and not pleasant at all. The service was the only good thing on the day.
