We had the experience of a life time! Sam in the back bar was amazing! Didn’t know anything about the food and he made it easy pleasy! We were able to meet the famous Chef Chuck Hughes, that took down Bobby Flay! He went out of his way to come over and talk to us, also gave us recommendations for other restaurants. The food amazing, experience even better!

Glad we sat at the bar and enjoyed the Georgiette cocktail and Albarino white/Alicante red to go with home oysters and Quebec duck. Merci!

We hope that this isn’t a once in a lifetime experience for us. This was the best meal, best service, just best everything we have encountered. My wife and I are visiting from Lethbridge, Ab. This is going to be the highlight of our trip. We decided we had to experience this the “right” way. The Chef Menu was the way to go. I can’t remember how many courses it was but I believe we were able to try 16 different types of food between appetizers, mains, sides, etc and not counting dessert. Everyone who served us was knowledgeable about what was served. It was a great place to dine. I hope we get to come back again.

Unbelievably delicious food!! I’ve never had such good scalloped potatoes and the flourless chocolate cake was heavenly. Service was impeccable. If I am ever in Montreal again, I will DEFINITELY return!!
