   Good food overall, love the setting and charm. We dined on NYE for our anniversary, and I put that on our reservation as well, however it went unacknowledged while we were there. We had the bone marrow to start and the crostinis were so salty, that we couldn’t eat them. We used the delicious bread instead to eat the marrow. I had an aperol spritz which was delicious and a cosmo which was also very good. Our Steaks came out but the waitress did not ask us to cut in and check them, and mine was more rare than I preferred in the center. I had blue cheese on top of my filet and it was very good, albeit a bit too much. We had the mushroom soup which was also very very good. We both did baked potatoes as the side which were fine, and shared a side of shrimp scampi which was also fine. Overall a visually pleasing dinner with a great atmosphere but value for price and the lack of engagement via the staff leaves it a miss on the mark for us.

   WE LOVE GASKINS! I have been coming to this restaurant 1 - 2 times per year for over a decade. I live in Oklahoma and the steaks are worth the drive. Although ownership has changed the steaks remain top quality, and better than anything I have had anywhere else!

   Probably the BEST prime rib that I've ever eaten in my life. And my fiancee got the Filet, and it was equally amazing. Will definitely be going back the next time we are in the area!

   We had a party of six and everyone’s meal was excellent! My filet was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had…it was perfect. Everyone else was very happy with their dinner and the service was great too! We’ve been several times before and it’s always excellent! It’s a bit pricey but the quality and consistency make it worth it.

   Anniversary dinner was amazing! Bone marrow was top notch as was the mushroom soup. The prime rib was cooked to perfection! The drinks were delicious as well! The wait time wasn't an issue and food came out in a timely manner. Service was wonderful! Highly recommend!!

   Our waitress did her best. We had a reservation and still waited over an hour to get our food. The food was not at all worth the cost. Our waitress was great. Not her fault at all.

   Everything but exceptional except the service time. It took almost 1 1/2 hours for the meal to be served. Total stay was 2 hours. We go the Gaskins regularly and this was our 3rd consecutive experience with long wait times. We’ve heard their “history” story 4 times now as they use it to stall for time. Will go back but will be skeptical of the meal time and will make earlier reservations.

    This experience was more than 5 star. The service and ambience was perfect. The food was amazing and the price was great for the quality of food! Highly recommend this place anytime you are in Eureka Springs!!
