   The students were very attentive. It was really fun interacting with them. The food was excellent and the plating beautiful - they really paid attention to the details. It was nice that they explained the dishes to us.

   This was an enjoyable treat as we were not initially aware that we could enjoy a great meal prepared by the students currently enrolled here. The food was amazing even when we didn't know what some of the descriptions were. The staff was a fantastic learning experience for them as some were a little timid in speaking with the customers. The noise level was a little higher than I had hoped as they were playing some adult contemporary music. I had wished they were playing some classical or other instrumental music at a reduced volume. Overall, I would highly encourage anyone who stops by to make reservations! We set up our reservations a day in advance. This was a delightful experience, especially since we were unaware that we could enjoy a wonderful meal prepared by the students currently enrolled here. The food was amazing, even though we were unfamiliar with some of the descriptions. The staff was fantastic, providing a valuable learning experience, although some of them appeared a bit timid when speaking with customers. The noise level was higher than I had hoped, as they were playing some adult contemporary music. I would have preferred classical or other instrumental music at a lower volume. Overall, I highly encourage anyone who visits to make reservations! We made our reservations a day in advance.

   Only complaint is music was too loud for us to talk easily. (Husband hard of hearing). Everything else absolutely stellar. Loved seeing these budding chefs and restauranteurs honing their craft. Delightful experience with delicious courses so elegantly prepared and served. May they achieve their dreams!

   Incredible time! Everyone was super friendly, and our back server Fidel made sure our waters were absolutely full throughout the meal. The food was very well made, and each course was delicious- the students did an incredible job. I recommend going with friends or family to try as many dishes as possible. 100/10 time, cannot recommend going enough. Also got an awesome kitchen tour from one of the students Charlie, very cool to see the kitchen at work.

    first thing we saw on arrival to parking lot was one of the students going out to the garden to select things for the kitchen. Saw that happen several times while we were there. All the chefs-in-training were very attentive, explained the food, were so well dressed and polite, friendly. It was a wonderful evening. And yes, we tried things we'd never heard of.
