Welcome to Georgie's UTC, where high quality meats and fresh caught seafood meet in Sarasota. Join us for an amazing ambiance that consists of live entertainment, exquisite wines, craft cocktails, and amazing food from our culinary director Chef Ryan Milito. Our Cocktail program is second to none as we have recruited talent from Gramercy Tavern in New York as well as Nantucket. We also have made it our initiative to bring Value to our customers by making prices lower than our competitors with a better quality of product.

This restaurant is trying to go for a vibe but it falls short. It's a Strip Mall restaurant with underwhelming food and watered down cocktails. The wait staff is uneducated on what they have at the bar and when you finally find a drink you want they tell you they are one ingredient short on a cocktail they feature. The menus were disgusting with food and whatever else was on them. The seating was horrible and had no cozy vibes. The price point was what you'd expect out of a restaurant that thinks they are better than they are, this is way out of character for me but you'd have a better experience with better seating and vibes at Cheesecake Factory...

Food was not great. Extremely overpriced for portion size and quality. Fish was not fresh. I Grouper shouldn't have a strong fishy taste. Major red flag. Spinach and artichoke dip was pretty good. Churros were overcooked. Our server KC was the bright spot of the meal. Cute atmosphere, but we would not eat at Georgie's again.

A cute atmosphere with a DJ in the bar area. The drinks were amazing but the menu was limited, expensive and portions small for price. The food wasn’t the greatest and service was slow. I’d go back to have drinks and dance but not eat.

Very good food and vibe. Service was very good too. We had the artichoke and spinach dip as an appetizer and tuna nachos. Lived them both.
