A pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. I want them to smell the aromas and spices and get more engaged in their meal. One of the things that I always tell my cooks is, ask questions, be inquisitive if you don’t know. I want the same for my guests."

Had an excellent dinner at Ghee. Hidden gem in the Dadeland area. Comprehensive menu and wine list, including a few great sake options. We didn't have dessert but other than that everything we tried was amazing. Great ambience and the Ghee Naan is to die for.

This one is a neighborhood gem for me. It has been in this location for quite some time. This is the first of chef and the creative team. They have opened serval places in Miami and beyond that are all excellent. The food here is more of the flavors of Indian foods some with twists and wonderful depths of flavor. The Chef also does not disappoint with any type of food from other places. Thanks for continuing to empress us.

Ghee Indian Kitchen was absolutely amazing! The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the food was incredibly delicious. Every dish was full of rich flavors and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was our first time eating Indian food. Ghee provided an experience that offered a wide range of flavors. We opted for the tasting menu. Each dish was freshly prepared and explained by our server, JoJo, who went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. We will be back!

Ate there on Super Bowl Sunday which would account for the lack of patrons and maybe some of the food quality. Items the were very good from the Tasting menu include: roasted corn, samosa chaat, papaya salad, fish curry, chicken tikka masala Yellow fin Tuna Bhel was a little under seasoned Crispy broccoli felt it had been twice fried and did not feel fresh, backyard pakora was cold Desserts were very good
