We were celebrating the holidays with some wonderful friends. Our server was Suzanne who was a joy, extremely friendly. Unfortunately, our friend’s steak was over salted, it did not taste good. Suzanne noticed that he wasn’t eating and questioned him. She immediately took the steak back and had a new one prepared. She was kind enough to not charge us for our desserts or my friends glass of wine.

We had a reservation yet still had to wait a half hour for a table. Many people at the bar were getting full dinner service which is a really bad management decision - so we had to stand in the foyer. We had a particularly good appetizer - the avocado crab. I was in the mood for lobster tail but all they had available were the largest jumbo size. Since lobster doesn't make good leftovers I splurged and got a WR Cut. It was pricey and my expectations were pretty high but they steak was very so so. A little dry, maybe a little over cooked, sort of just dense, tight, and not really great. Our group had trouble talking because it was so unpleasantly loud. While it's hard to stop parties from being boisterous, one thing I noticed was that the table spacing was so tight. It's loud because there's a ton of people in the room. I also got brushed and bumped the whole time. To conclude the evening another person said, "It'll be a long time before I come here again." That pretty much sums it up.
