   Food was a little slow due to several large groups which ordered before us, however this is completely understandable. Overall food quality was good, prices reasonable for what we had. Music could have been a little louder but otherwise a great experience and we'd definitely come back.

   They were rude and I would never return . The wait staff "told us they weren't going to help or accommodate us at all. Shockingly bad service.

   Huge portions. Awesome wait staff and great attention to detail made our dining experience absolutely amazing. Always our go to when in town.

   We were seeing a concert on the strip so wanted to find a restaurant in the area. Gilley’s has been around for a long time so we thought we would give it a try. Probably won’t make that decision again. The layout and decor of the restaurant was nice. We were sitting at a table on the window on the LV Strip so we were people watching much of the time. My wife ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich and I ordered the Brisket Filet. The pulled pork sandwich was piled high with mediocre pork. My brisket was strange and not enjoyable. Normally brisket it served in slices. This was a big chuck, like a filet. The taste was fair but the consistency of the filet was very fatty. I could only eat maybe half of the serving due to all of the fat. The menu overall is limiting with not many options. We will not be returning to Gilley’s.

   Food was mediocre. Brisket was dry and no flavor. Came slathered in BBQ sauce so that was all you tasted. Key Lime Pie very disappointing - virtually no key lime flavor and the sides were all dried out. Would not eat here again.

    Looking for a good American dining, and found it here, at Gelley's. Pricing is really reasonable, if you drink too much. Thank you! We'll be back when we return to Las Vegas.
