   They only had one waitress working the bar area initially. Took forever to flag her down to get an order placed. Later another one showed up but spent most of her time on the dance floor, coming off periodically to take orders. We were expecting good Country music. During most of the time we were there it was line dance lessons. Later it was karaoke which wasn't bad, but the whole dance floor was a bunch of line dancers for EVERY song, making it impossible to enjoy some other dancing. So unless all you want to do is line dance, I would suggest another place.

   Food & Drinks were great! The service in the restaurant was so slow. But I didn’t see a lot of servers so I can only assume it was short staff.

   First time here. The service was top notch as we were greeted immediately and asked for a drink order. the entire staff was friendly. Our food order came out quickly. It was good all in all. It was a fun evening at a fun place.

   I ordered the three meat barbecue plate. Brisket was cooked perfectly tender and moist as well as the pulled pork. However the ribs were dry and hard as a rock, I only ate one bone off of the slab and left the rest. The mac and cheese was excellent as were the mashed potatoes. On a personal note the barbecue sauce that they had all over the three meat plate was not to my liking but like I said that's a personal choice I'm sure many people like it. Service was fast The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and always had a smile on their face and made it a pleasant experience. I'm hoping that it just happened to be an off night for ribs.

   Food was so good, service was great and loved the decor and music.. Also, the saloon was so fun! Highly recommend while in Vegas!!!

   The portions are large. It's easy to split an entree. It took longer than expected to get our meal bur we had time so it was OK. Fun to watch line dancing after dinner.

    There was an advertisement (on the website and at the restaurant) for Bull riding Sunday 1/12 at 9:30pm. We booked a table at 9:00pm so we could see the show. When we arrived we were taken to a table in the back room (separate from the show area). We asked them “how are we going to see the show from back here?”. They told us there is no show, they said that they don’t do that there anymore. If that’s true then why the hell is it advertised? With a specific date and time? On top of that, the food was not good. The onion rings were disappointing and the pork sliders were over-sauced, and had no smoke flavor, like the pork was cooked in a crock-pot. Won’t ever go back to Gilley’s
