   We were seeing a concert on the strip so wanted to find a restaurant in the area. Gilley’s has been around for a long time so we thought we would give it a try. Probably won’t make that decision again. The layout and decor of the restaurant was nice. We were sitting at a table on the window on the LV Strip so we were people watching much of the time. My wife ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich and I ordered the Brisket Filet. The pulled pork sandwich was piled high with mediocre pork. My brisket was strange and not enjoyable. Normally brisket it served in slices. This was a big chuck, like a filet. The taste was fair but the consistency of the filet was very fatty. I could only eat maybe half of the serving due to all of the fat. The menu overall is limiting with not many options. We will not be returning to Gilley’s.

   Food was mediocre. Brisket was dry and no flavor. Came slathered in BBQ sauce so that was all you tasted. Key Lime Pie very disappointing - virtually no key lime flavor and the sides were all dried out. Would not eat here again.

   Looking for a good American dining, and found it here, at Gelley's. Pricing is really reasonable, if you drink too much. Thank you! We'll be back when we return to Las Vegas.

   Food was cold both meals we got did not finish. Brisket was very tough and the wrap had hardly any chicken and way to spicy

   They only had one waitress working the bar area initially. Took forever to flag her down to get an order placed. Later another one showed up but spent most of her time on the dance floor, coming off periodically to take orders. We were expecting good Country music. During most of the time we were there it was line dance lessons. Later it was karaoke which wasn't bad, but the whole dance floor was a bunch of line dancers for EVERY song, making it impossible to enjoy some other dancing. So unless all you want to do is line dance, I would suggest another place.

    Food & Drinks were great! The service in the restaurant was so slow. But I didn’t see a lot of servers so I can only assume it was short staff.
