We serve Kaiseki course of Kobe beef Shabu-shabu, Mizutaki chicken hot-pot, etc. Please enjoy our Kimono stuff's hospitality, cooking, Japanese drinks, and banquet styles as well. 鶏の水炊きがおいしかった。前菜の飾りつけの大葉もきれい。銀座としては適正価格と思う。最高点をつけていないのは、特に減点があるわけでなく、まだこの店の最高の料理を試していないので、今後の楽しみに。

飲み物を出し方が左右一定ではない、コース料理はまず食べ終わった食器を下げてから次を持ってくる、交換は良くないと感じました。冷たい飲み物のグラスが生臭かったのは残念。

雰囲気、ホスピタリティはさすがの治作で、満足度120%でしたお料理も美味しいのですが、お値段に見合うかという見方をした時、雰囲気ホスピタリティと同じレベルとは言い難いといったところでしたそれでも、大満足でしたよ

Incredibly displayed gourmet food and gracious service in a relaxing atmosphere. Just the kind of mini-vacation I needed during a busy week!

築地の前に、少しカジュアルな銀座へ伺いました。スタッフの方々は、礼儀正しく、適度にフレンドリーで、心地よい時間が過ごせました。入荷状況によるので仕方ないのでしょうが、一品料理に、いくつか欠品があり、そこだけが残念でした。また、伺いたいと思います。

少し新橋駅から、7、８分歩きますが、個室で、ゆっくりと会話と美味しい食事が楽しめました。接待や誕生祝等の祝い事には、良いお店です。
