Food carefully and painstakingly prepared, the finest wines from around the world, and select shochu (a clear, distilled beverage) and sake from around Japan. 雰囲気の素敵なお店で、お食事も美味しかったです。人数が多い場合は、コースの方がコスパがよいと思います。

最上階の個室を10名で利用しました。料理はコースで注文、飲み物は飲み放題にしました。一人単価6000円弱でトータル評価は、銀座という立地、食事内容、個室のグレード等勘案して星５です。エレベーターがないのがちょっと大変でしたが、その他の点では満足です。

お料理も雰囲気も悪くない思います。しかし、店員さんが全てを台無しにしていて、本当にもったいないお店だと思います。オーダーを忘れること、3,4回。店員さんのサーブのために、通路で待たされても、申し訳ないの一言もない。トイレが汚くても気づかない。最後に領収書を頼んだのですが、 2回間違え、3回目、持ってきたときも、お詫びはなし。「はい、どうぞ。」みたいな。とてもがっかりしました。いくら雰囲気や料理が良くても、人にはお勧めできないです。とても残念でした。

スタッフのサービスがかなりマイナス点。よんでもすぐに来ない、気づかない、対応には何度も「あれっ？」と思ってしま事が多かったです。

接客は全然ダメ（気づかない、気づいていてもこない）、料理も普通、なので再訪はありません。デートであまり人にからまれず、照明落とし気味なので、の使い勝手ならよいのかもしれないですね。

三回目の利用でしたが、毎回個室をお願いしています。以前はもっと食事が美味しかったですが、お酒が遅かったことが不満でした。でも今回はお酒の対応は改善されていたものの、肝心の食事が全く感動の無いものになってしまっていました。またお願いしたコース内容に含まれていたはずのコロッケも無かったです。雰囲気は嫌いではないのですが、次回使用するか考えてしまいます。今回だけなら良いのですが…

個室なのはいいがビルが狭すぎてウナギの寝床ならぬ竹の子タワー風（内装まあまあ）。コースで一番いいのをとっても、全体にまだアンバランス。海老はいいのにフライが低品位で、牛タンも舌の姿がちょっとグロ（味はいい）ドルチェも期待させてほしいところ。洋風居酒屋のレベルなのにサービス料がつくのは銀座ゆえか。しかし裏通り。たまたま隣の部屋の嬌声が聞こえ過ぎ。割引してほしかったくらいの迷惑。株主故今後もゼットン店利用するが、期待に沿うのは上野美術館と日本橋くらい。

デートで使用しました。お料理はうわさの京料理・・・ではなく創作料理という感じです。味はお酒に合う一品料理。予約確認の電話が当日のお昼ごろでしたので、予約してから１weekほど経っていたため希望の席が予約できていたのかサッパリ分かりませんでしたが、お店に着くと希望どおりでしたので満足しています。そんなにお高くもないしお酒の種類が多くて気に入ったのでまた行きます。

銀座ロビーさん、雰囲気もいいし、和食も美味しいです。しかし、今回は、合コン設定のためにわざわざ個室を予約したのに、隣の客席がうるさ過ぎて、会話が聞こえなかった。店員にクレームを言ったところ、結局席を個室ではないテーブルに変更するはめに。店員の誠意は感じたものの、個室を利用する目的をもう少し考えて欲しい。
