   The waitstaff was very attentive and the food was delicious. We did the Gios Experience 7 course Tasting menu and everything was to die for. Highly recommend trying for a special night out.

   Good drinks, good food but over valued for what you get. The reason to go is for the view during the experience and to say you were at the st. Regis.

   We had a lovely meal for my husband’s 50th birthday. The only thing that I didn’t like was being told that we had to eat 3 full courses. This isn’t mentioned online when you view the menus prior to booking. I didn’t want to eat a 2nd pasta course but ended up ordering it out of necessity. I understand the restaurant wants to ensure a minimum spend per table but we had an expensive bottle of wine which would have more than made up for our just wanting to have two courses.

   We came here on a previous trip for afternoon tea and loved it so much we came back again that same trip, the tiramisu in particular was the best we had ever had. Unfortunately, this trip the food was so much less exciting that I would bet money they have a new chef, there’s just no way the same chef made the previous meals and this one (granted this trip was a couple years later than the previously mentioned one). The tiramisu had also changed, and was more traditional (the previous was a brilliant adaptation where their take on the lady finger was served on the side so it kept that part crunchy while the custard was served in a delicious bowl. Hopefully they bring back some of the previous items :)

   Wenn man einen unvergesslichen Abend verbringen möchte mit viel Geschmacksexplosionen, dann ist man hier genau richtig. In einem wunderschönen Ambiente mit einem hervorragenden Service wurden wir verwöhnt. Die Auswahl der Sommelier war ausgezeichnet. Das Essen war nicht nur fürs Auge der Wahnsinn, die Kombinationen und das Zusammenspiel von süß und herzhaft war sehr spannend. Auf jeden Fall werden wir dort wieder essen. Nächstes Mal hoffen wir uns im Sommer auf der Terrasse verwöhnen zu lassen.

   Esperienza di alto livello a partire dall’ingresso, con personale estremamente preparato e competente, dall’atteggiamento impeccabile. Cucina ricercata dai sapori pregiati, locale arredato con gusto raffinato e vista spettacolare. Il prezzo, pur essendo parametrato alla altissima qualità, rimane forse un po’ troppo alto, ma resta comunque un’esperienza eccellente, da consigliare a chi vuole vivere momenti speciali.

   Afternoon tea experience. First rate selection of teas, infusions, sandwiches, cakes and beautiful scones. Wonderfully comfortable salon under stunning and enormously valuable Ai Weiwei chandelier. Arrive by boat or quiet discrete front entrance. Stay for the 5pm sabre opening of champagne to mark the transition of day to evening at the St Regis. It’s great fun. The staff are extremely hospitable, warm and engaging and they work hard.

   the restaurant is amazing and the terrace is great to have drinks before dinner the food is to died for best risotto ever !! The service is impeccable

    Everything was great about the dinner but service stand out. It was exceptional. The hotel GM must be proud to have such people on his team.
