   Everything was excellent from start to finish. One thing that I can suggest is that all meals come out at the same time. Two meals came earlier and were half way through it until the other two came.

   Very busy on a Saturday ten days before Christmas, but they found our booking quickly, selected a good table and our orders were taken quickly - very important as we were singing in a concert and didn't have much time. Staff were attentive without being intrusive and didn't try to palm us off on the "right" server. Excellent experience.

   Amazing attentive staff, and great looking food, but the Korean chicken was cold, and not as crispy as I would have expected

   Absolutely the worst dining experience I have had in London in years. My friend and I were stopped by two staff members before we even got to the door - they wanted to know if we had a reservation, but they acted like bouncers at a particularly dodgy nightclub. When we were seated the first thing we were told was that they wanted the table back in 90 minutes. There was nothing in the demeanour of the staff that made us feel remotely welcome. The food was standard brunch fare. It looked nice enough, but unfortunately, the avocado was straight out of a very, very cold fridge, and it lowered the temperature of the toast underneath it and the egg on top, so that the entire dish was stone cold. Cold poached egg is not pleasant. I ate about 1/3 of the food on the plate before I gave up. No-one bothered to ask if everything as alright, and a waiter took our plates away the second we put our cutlery down. Coffee was average, tap water was served in warm glasses. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and on every table was a miniature light-up screen advertising different menu items. The tables were small to start with, and it was a bit of an insult to be advertised at while we were sitting trying to eat. My friend and I went there because it had been recommended. We were misled. There is nothing good to say about the experience, and I will never, ever eat at any branch of Giraffe ever again. Just awful.

   The best way to make a customer happy is when something goes wrong. The team put a delay on our order in error and once it was realised they more than made up for it. They were all really friendly and helpful, and we had a great birthday meal for my daughter

   There is a good choice of small plates, not so much on the main menu after 5pm. Mac and cheese was delicious

   Really good brunch and the service was great but the air conditioning made it fairly cold. The staff moved us to another table but it was still cold. Such a shame as overall we had a good experience.

   All good for us, really let liked the ordering method, so simple and fuss free. Visited the following day for breakfast on the basis of this.
