   Our Sunday Family Feast was excellent value for money and truly delicious! Despite skipping breakfast, the four of us couldn't manage to finish the very generous quantity of meat... highly recommended and the perfect meal to celebrate a family birthday together.

   Kids running around climbing all over the furniture. Food came out wrong and wasn’t the greatest

   This is a fantastic restaurant and a great location with lovely welcoming staff. I visited in December and could not fault it however when we arrived last night the menu was not the same as it appeared on the website and there was nothing on it we actually fancied. I personally think it was very limited. Apparently it a new spring menu which was not for us so we left before we’d even ordered drinks. I so hope they rethink the menu as I so want this place to work, we need something like this in Eastbourne

   Overall, we had a very good experience, the food wasn’t the hottest / beef was a bit Tough . Restaurant was very busy, Even though the staff was rushed off their feet, they were Fantastic. Would Happily go back.

   We visited on a Sunday when only Roasts were available. We knew this before hand so this was fine. Between us we had a variety of the roasts available, all were beautifully cooked and presented. Our servers were attentive and friendly. The restaurant is modern and stylish. We enjoyed our visit very much and will return soon to try the weekday menu.

   The food is fantastic, I had the sirloin of beef - absolutely delicious along with the parsnips & cauliflower cheese. My daughter had the chocolate brownie for dessert and I had a taste, it was also so good! Unfortunately the speed of service leaves a lot to be desired. The food took a long time to come, and it took an excessively long time to get the attention of staff to ask for our bill - if someone were to ask if I recommended this place I’d say the food’s amazing but if you haven’t got over 2 hours to have Sunday lunch then this place is not the one. Also a large group were sat near the entrance with a dog, who became agitated when other customers brought their dogs into the restaurant. The architecture amplifies the noise in the restaurant which can’t be helped, however the staff initially wanted to seat another group also with a dog right next to the group with the agitated dog - what were they thinking? It was only because the second group suggested they sit further away that a dogfight did not break out I am sure. Once again, I cannot fault the food and would order takeaway from here without hesitation.

   Have been a couple of times always great food today was no exception. We ordered from Breakfast menu and it was brilliant. I had the vegan breakfast and my partner had the smoked trout and scrambled eggs. Wonderful! Service as always was great too! You won’t be disappointed.

   Could have been better. Unexpectedly extremely busy, so very noisy, and slow service. We waited for over an hour for our food. The waiters were very pleasant and polite- just run off their feet! The ambiance had the potential to be lovely and the restaurant was well designed - however just too noisy and acoustics not good. When our food arrived it could haven been very nice, two servings were not hot enough, one serving was dry and obviously been kept warm too long and one serving was perfect. Bit of a lottery really. Shame !! As I say just too busy. We will go again but when the weather is warmer and we can sit outside - hopefully that will be more enjoyable.

    This was our first visit and we really enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly and helpful and we were given plenty of time to enjoy our relaxing lunch. Prices very reasonable and food really tasty. Small issue and rectified with no judgement and very kindly. Quite limited menu but looking forward to you expanding into evenings. Beautifully decorated, lovely ambience inside, immaculate facilities and we wish you luck as a new business!
