We had a wonderful time sharing Pupu! Delicious food, fast service , friendly and efficient wait staff, AND they immediately give all little a complimentary quesadilla plate which was PERFECT to keep our little one happy and content while playing with the crayons. GOEN is awesome’

Five of us met to celebrate birthdays and arrived early enough for happy hour. Had a nice assortment of small plates and the lychee martinis. Main dinners were salmon, misoyaki buttefish and the braised short rib--all excellent as well as the spicy tuna sushi. Very nice wait staff.

Service was excellent and manager come over to ask if everything is fine. We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary and loved the cheesecake. Great job Roy and Denise in making this our favorite restaurant for ourselves and the many friends and relatives that we invite to have a wonderful dinner at a really nice spot.

We try to eat here once a month, more often would be better, but that's beyond our budget. Goen never disappoints - food, drinks, and service are all top notch.

Food is superb but menu could be a little broader. The problem with this restaurant is the seats. Despite the expensive items on the menu, Roy doesn’t replace the chair and bench cushions. I have a bad back so I often avoid it bc the seats are terrible. Cushions cannot be that expensive. If you can’t afford to make your customers comfortable, then maybe you should consider closing.

Had a 3-1/2 hour leisurely lunch with a friend. Food and company were great! I do appreciate the fact that we were not rushed, unlike other establishments who have you on a time limit.
