The Chislic was one of the best appetizers we’ve ever had, gotta try that! Friendly fast service and a nice atmosphere

Food and service were very good. The dining room is basically in the atrium of a large hotel so it is a little noisy but comfortable. I’d go back.

The food was really pretty good we enjoyed the Buffalo short Ribs. the bar was a little slow and getting cocktails out by the time mine came the ice was melted and it was just a bourbon on the rocks

We love eating at the Gold Bison for holidays and love the singers while dining. The staff is always great and seem happy to be there and serve the guests. We will be back. 😊

We visited Gold Bison on a Saturday night after a South Dakota School of Mines basketball game. The game ran late and we were bringing members of the team and were late for our reservations. Not only did they accommodate us but the service was extremely pleasantly and friendly. Food was delicious!!

We enjoyed the Thanksgiving Banquet. The food was excellent and though a bit spendy, well worth it when you consider that the staff worked on a holiday and entertainment was provided by Orion and Stacy Potter. We are grateful to have had this option for spending Thanksgiving with family.
