   Service was terrible but the food was great. We asked for a coke and we were told no we had to wait and noone came back and then we asked for a fork which was on the trolley and we were told someone else would do that and again......no fork. We asked because she was at the table. Food fantastic. Luckily we just had a laugh at how poor the service was.

   The food was decent but the service was very patchy and at moments where it was borderline rude. It is a great venue but they really need to work on the service and this place would be one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Shire

   We were excited to visit this restaurant and it started good with great seating and friendly host. We had our drinks served after our food. The food was your standard Chinese food that you can find anywhere but obviously a lot more expensive because of its location. We had to wait for ages to try and get a second round of drinks (after we finished our food) and when we did eventually made eye contact with it was not their job and they had to get someone else. The restaurant needs more staff and not leave tables unattended for long periods after food is served.

   Service was very slow sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting for drink service. Food was good quality $40 for a main course is too high I would rate is 3 out of 5 just on the service level it appears understaffed. Was only at about 60% capacity on a Friday evening.

   The food was lovely. The service was beyond poor. Rude, non attentive , brought out tue wrong food. Brought out the wrong drinks. Then proceeded to spill the drinks on the table. Told them they brought out the wrong dish and they disagreed with me and walked away. Never again. Poor.
