Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We are reopening for winter season on December 15, 2024. Join us for Breakfast, Lunch, Après, and Dinner and experience Executive Chef Senthil's exciting new winter menus.

We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.

We had an amazing birthday dinner in the enclosed outdoor private table! Our server Milan was great, attentive, and fun! We will be back.

A once favorite tradition of our family has sadely become the Bronzener Hirsch. Under new ownership, it’s a far cry from its former glory. We need the Eccles family to return as owners. Besides the fondu and a few other items, the menu could be improved and more alpine focused. The shareable section contains three items, two of which are soup/chili. The service needs a drastic overhaul. One huskey server bumped my chair every time he passed by. It’s clear they have added tables to increase profit. The density of diners is too much. My wife ordered the “butternut squash” soup which she had to return after one bite. It had 5x the amount of cloves and was cold. They also didn’t provide a spoon until we flagged someone down. My son ordered a steak prepared medium which came out extra rare. Again, we had to return it to cook longer and then flag down a server to get a steak knife. At $250 for lunch for four with one mocktail, I expect more. We left disappointed after 7 years of frequenting this restaurant and are on the look for a new tradition. We are not overly difficult people and this is the first restaurant review I’ve ever written.

We went for their New Years brunch. It was advertised as having a mimosa bar, but it was really just ordering food off a menu. Nothing special.

We were forced to do a prefix menu which was overpriced and they rushed us through the dinner. The food was bland and not worth $195 a plate overall very expensive and on satisfying experience.

Fabulous! Food was amazing. Staff is exceptionally friendly and service-minded. The menu for New Year’s Eve was ambitious — 7 courses — so we were at the table 2.5 hours, which made the reservation behind us wait. But we had a wonderful time!
