    We had a tough day at Goodall’s. Table for 6. Waited 20 minutes for water and then 36 minutes for our salads. I’m not sure what was going on in the restaurant but we eat there often and this was our first bad experience. Then, I clicked the link to get my car from valet, paid and went outside. The system wasn’t working and I waited another 10 minutes for my car. Hoping it was just a full moon or something!

    Food in fine. Service, however, is terrible. Mostly absent, as in not a single person on floor for 5-10 minutes at a time. When present, slow and not especially hospitable. Lunch menu was surprisingly limited, with a lot of heavy items that didn’t match the hot weather of the season. Can only recommend as a place you can always get a table in short order in a pretty environment, with two hours free valet parking.

    We were there for High Tea. I was expecting a special experience..instead it was chaotic.I When we arrived we were put in a room with the lunch crowd- which was noisy. Nothing special or serene. Our waiter acted as though he didn’t want to be there. After the lunch bunch left the wait staff and event coordinator took over the space to discuss a future event. Very loudly. The only thing good about the event was the tea. If you want special and relaxing go somewhere else!

    This was hands down the worst meal I’ve had in years. Not only was the food overpriced, but it was also horribly cooked. We ordered a filet mignon medium rare, and it came out well done—dry, gray, and completely ruined. To make it even more insulting, it was served sliced, meaning the kitchen knew it was overcooked and still sent it out. We had to send it back because it was inedible. The sides? Absolutely flavorless and completely mismatched with the meal, like they were thrown together with zero thought. As if the terrible food wasn’t bad enough, the dining room felt like a walk-in freezer. We had to keep our winter jackets on the entire time, making the whole experience miserable from start to finish. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

    My girlfriends and I went to Goodall's for an afternoon tea service to celebrate multiple birthdays. Unfortunately, we were completely underwhelmed by the food quality, paired with the price pp at $90 with added service fee. The tea sandwiches had clearly been made hours in advance and were left in a drafty container, as the ends of the bread and chicken salad were dried and curled. Even if they had been fresh, they lacked flavor and none of us could eat it. The cucumber sandwiches were ok, but again, curled and dried bread at the edges. We all agreed that the scones were the best part of the snack tier. These were probably homemade, the desserts were not. I would expect more for the beautiful location and hefty price.

    Food was awesome. Kitchen seemed to have trouble getting it out. Service was harried. They did comp our desserts to make amends. Then the cake was frozen. Heater was in the fritz. That being said I will go back because the food was awesome!

    Great ambience and service. The air handling system was having trouble, so it was cold, but that shouldn’t be a persistent problem.

    Our first visit and had a very nice Valentine’s dinner. Great service, delicious food, excellent wine pairing, and valet parking was cherry on top. Loved the atmosphere, highly recommend for a romantic night out, we’ll be back again for sure!!👍 We really appreciated every effort the staff put in to make our night special.
