   Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill in Mayfair is a gem! The dishes were packed with flavor, and the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed—a great spot for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

   Came here for a birthday lunch. It is a bit odd having the football on big screens above your head while trying to eat a meal, but the kids liked it. Food was hit and miss. Some things were delicious (nibbles, beef wellington, burgers and lemon sole) but our sides didn’t arrive until prompted. The big problem was that the kitchen kept sending out my wife’s meal with a Yorkshire pudding on it when she is a Celiac (despite her being told she couldn’t have it). Total confusion between the kitchen and staff about allergens which meant her meal went back and forth multiple times, resulting in her having to eat her meal after we’d all finished. The manager removed the nibbles, my wife’s meal, sides and service from the bill without asking. It’s just by then, it had all got a bit underwhelming. Better training required all round.

   I wish I could say something positive but didn’t enjoy anything as I realised my Chanel handbag had been stolen just as my food arrived at the table. A thieve who was tipped off by someone inside the restaurant had be notified about my bag (which was out of general view, I was sat on a bucket and the bag was tucked behind my back) was able to enter the restaurant without challenge walk around, sit on the empty table next to me, put my bag under his coat and walk back out again. Whilst the waiters straighten the empty table after him as he made away with my bag ( we watched the CCTV with security) I’m in my 40’s I’ve never had anything stolen from me, this is definitely a first and the last time I’d ever visit any of Gordon Ramseys restaurants. Advise for future customers, treat this place as you would a fast food restaurant where the general public can come and go and keep your belongings strapped to you just as you would in say a McDonald’s for example. When we drive through the Crazy cat entrance we also weren’t challenged or greeted we had to find a member of staff to say we had a reservation so Its not difficult for thieves to know that they can walk in and out of this establishment without any sort of challenge, even sit down at a table (so close to me) without a booking or asking for a table. It could have been so much worse and I’m thankful it wasn’t please be safe and vigilant when visiting this restaurant.

   The food is great - we had a beef wellington and it was nicely done with a good pink finish on the inside of the beef and great meat-to-crispy pastry ratio. Buttery mash was also good, as it should be at this price point. Unfortunately the food is let down by a number of important factors that affect the customer experience - first, there is no restaurant signage (the only one is Lucky Cat which is another Gordon Ramsay establishment next door) - the security guard had to confirm that this was the same building. Upon entry through a small glass door, there is no proper entrance (or restaurant signage inside), and the entire place is a cramped corridor that even petite customers like myself have trouble walking through to the overly crowded tables. Lighting is overly dark and it’s more of a sports bar vibe (not restaurant) - so expect to have to yell at your dining companion sitting mere centimetres across you just to have a decent conversation. Service is also hard to get hold of, partially due to the poor lighting impeding visibility and had various levels of delay in time. Also watch out for the receipt - they charge a cheeky 15% (optional - but be sure to speak up or they will slide it in), when most restaurants charge around 10-12% and many at the customer’s discretion. A pity, as we were very much looking forward to a stellar experience at this Gordon Ramsay establishment. Our experience did not match our expectations of the Gordon Ramsay brand and his signature calibre of excellence. Maybe some of his other restaurants will be a more accurate reflection of Gordon’s standards, but this one sadly misses the mark.

   Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente scarso. La vellutata di cavolfiore sapeva solo di aglio. La crostata del filetto alla Wellington troppo cotta e secca. Decisamente sopravvalutato

   Food was great as you would expect (we had the beef wellington), but there are extremely large tv screens mounted on the walls in this restaurant showing football, quite bazaar, very distracting and ruins the overall ambience.

   Friendly and attentive service, even when it's very busy. We had an excellent dinner and desert - the bread-and-butter pudding is out of this world. So tasty! Thanks so much to Kamila, she aimed to make our dinner experience special, was very helpful and friendly. This is one of our favorite spots for lunch or dinner when in London. Never been disappointed.

    The food and service is great, but the ambience is way way too noisy and not what “Gordon Ramsay’s” name evokes in my brain. I had eaten in other GR places before, so I can compare. We felt like we were sitting in a local, too crowded pub, with drunk people yelling, but at the same time, like we were sitting in a self-service family all you can eat 3-star eatary. Feels like the place is trying to serve everyone but at the same time doesn’t serve anyone. I kind of imagine what Mr Ramsay would say to the owner if this was in his own Kitchen Nightmares show. And trust me, he would not spare his language here. After leaving the place we felt like never going to GR place again.
