We were so excited to try this restaurant! But sometimes reality doesn’t live up to expectations, and I think that is what happened here. We got a lot of dishes to try and share, and everything was underwhelming. The lobster in the risotto was undercooked, and the dish was served warm-ish like it had been sitting there for a while. All I could taste was salt - there really wasn’t any other flavor. The scallops were very good but again, barely warm. The salad was ok - nice size, but nothing really amazing. I’ve had a ton of harvest salads and most have been better than this one. The crispy skin salmon was not crispy, needed salt, and was slightly undercooked to my preference of medium. To be fair, no one asked how we wanted it cooked, so that may be on me for assuming it would not come almost rare. The mac and cheese was just ok, I liked the crispy little bacon pieces but the portion was really small for the price. Nothing was bad enough to send back - it’s just that not even one dish was really great. Our server was really nice, but it did take a while to get things wrapped up and get our check. And the toughest part of the whole experience was the 20% service charge. I am really glad most restaurants do not do this. Please give me the service charge and then let me sign and go. Or have a tip line and let me tip. But at this restaurant, the service charge says it is not a tip in the details, but then goes on to describe it as exactly what a tip is. So now I am left to determine if I need to tip more on top of the 20% I am already being charged and if so, how much. It is actually unpleasant and unnecessarily stressful at the end of a meal. Half our table tipped more and half did not. No one was sure what to do. It was awkward. If you go, go for the experience. And get the scallops!

I recently dined at Gordon Ramsay and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. While the ambiance and menu options looked promising, the service left much to be desired. Our server took an unusually long time to come to our table, and when they finally did, there was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm or friendliness. Ordering was a challenge, as our server appeared rushed and uninterested in answering our questions about the menu items. It took nearly 25 minutes to receive our drinks, and even longer for our food to arrive. The tables around us experienced similar delays, with multiple guests looking visibly frustrated. We felt forgotten and neglected throughout the meal, and when we finally received the check, we had to wait again for our server to process the payment. The food, when it finally arrived, was decent, but the poor service overshadowed any enjoyment we might have had. I had great expectations based on previous reviews, but the experience was disappointing.

The BEST beef Wellington, Sticky Toffee pudding, Mascarpone Cheesecake and salads!!! There were four of us and we all want to go back! Two of us have eaten in several of GR’s restaurants in US and UK and loved them all, but Beef Wellington is not an easy dish and this was outstanding!

My son is very passionate about food and he really wanted to try Godon Ramsay's restaurant. So we were willing to travel back and forth for an hour to go there for dinner. The food was great, and the waiter was also very attentive and polite. If we have to say the only thing what made the night not perfect, that was the host lady. Her eyes and tone were not very friendly, and I didn’t know why?

My wife and I had separate dishes, she had the Tuna Tatar and I Had Beef Wellington and Wagyu meatballs. The meatballs were good. The Beef Wellington presented well and cooked well, but just was not a very good dish overall based on flavoring. I also ordered the macaroni and cheese. The dish was also just ok. Usually, bacon is good on almost everything. I think the bacon was too much for the macaroni and cheese and should have asked them to not put it on the dish.

The ambience and service were excellent. Noise level was moderate. However we were disappointed somewhat in the food and drinks. The wine by the glass was expensive portion small steak tartare was unusual and not very good. We know good tartare as served in France and known steak houses. Beef Wellington was tasty side portion meat very small for price. vegetables not cooked. Sauce ok. In general disappointed
