Damn good food. The best salad I've ever had in my life. I took my partner to dinner here on their birthday... and since pretty much *every* table was celebrating a birthday, it felt a little silly but it was fun! The staff also made every effort to make my partner feel special while celebrating.

It was my first time ever going to Hell’s Kitchen and it was incredible! We got seated earlier than our actual reservation and we were attended by our friendly waiter, who was extremely attentive. He was very nice, great to talk to, and extremely helpful explaining to me how the environment of the restaurant worked!! Food was delicious, out of this world cooking. It’s expensive, but the price is worth while.

Very angry and upset that the restaurant charged us a mandatory 20% service charge. There was no notices or explanation of this fee prior to the bill being presented to the table.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Hell's Kitchen, and overall, it was a great experience, though not without its quirks. From the moment we arrived, the service was commendable. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. The drinks were a highlight, expertly crafted and refreshing, setting a positive tone for our meal. The sides were also impressive, bursting with flavor and complementing our main dishes beautifully. I ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection, but unfortunately, it lacked the flavor I was hoping for. It was a bit disappointing, especially given the hype surrounding the restaurant. On the brighter side, the fish dish was delightful, as was the rosato, which paired well with our meal. One notable hiccup was the wait time; it took about an hour for our order to arrive. When the food finally came, I received short ribs instead of the fish I had ordered. However, the staff was quick to rectify the mistake, and within five minutes, I had the correct dish in front of me. This made me wonder why the initial wait was so long, considering how swiftly they handled the mix-up. While the experience was enjoyable, I did find it a bit on the pricey side. Overall, Hell's Kitchen offers a vibrant atmosphere and solid service, but there's room for improvement in the execution of some dishes.

We had the beef Wellington! Never had anything quite like it it was amazing. We've watched Hell's kitchen for years and always wanted to go. So I surprised my wife she absolutely was amazed! We go up to Rochester New York yearly from Charleston South Carolina. Definitely make it a yearly stop if not more lol. Our server was amazing. Very bubbly and very attentive! One of the best experiences we've ever had. We sat at a table for twol. Which was perfect because sitting across from the kitchen was like almost watching a Broadway show! Everything that they talk about in the show you can see for yourself. Absolutely amazing.

Everything came out great and fast. Our waitresses were awesome. The restaurant was clean and they brought out our dessert with a candle and Happy birthday chocolate for my husband! We will be back to try the lunch menu.
