   The music was not restaurant music it was from the casino floor and very loud the waiter had to raise his voice so we could him My son’s steak had more marble -fat then meat we brought it to the waiter’s attention, we where simply ignored it’s not that we wanted something for free just replace it for a dinner of over $500 you would think that steak would not have been served in the type of restaurant it is

   The food and service were excellent. We’ve eaten there several times,tried new items I’ve never had before. Was pleasantly surprised! Look forward to our next visit

   Second time experience , the wait staff and service is second to none. They set the benchmark for fine dining. The food wow, you have to taste to express how good it is.

   I hate to do this but for the price you pay I would have rather took my money elsewhere I have never been to a “fancy” restaurant it was mine and my husbands 10 year anniversary and we couldn’t wait to experience Ramsays restaurant and it was no where near what we expected the food was mediocre and I’ve ate better at Texas Roadhouse. I’m very disappointed I didn’t tell the staff because I don’t complain but wish I would have. Maybe just a bad night but most likely wouldn’t go back.

   Visited for Valentine’s Day weekend. Food and service never disappoints. We have visited his steak house in Las Vegas, and love to see that standards are held across the board, no matter what location you choose.

    The restaurant was amazing, our servers Beth and Nicolas and all others that helped were the best! The food was amazing and it’s everything you want in a high end restaurant. The one downside is that it’s located inside the Caesar’s casino and it reeks of cigarette smoke. The main floor for gambling is all open and half is non smoking and the other half is a smoking section. Smoke doesn’t follow your invisible barrier. Also, the location, there is nothing else around the casino. No shopping or entertainment anywhere. It’s a hotel, Gordon Ramsay’s Steak and a casino.
