   I felt treated differently maybe because we were the only black people? I noticed all the attendants very smiley and nice to people but with us it was different. I booked it in advance and went for breakfast with my mother to celebrate my Irish citizenship and the receptionist barely looked at us. Then after I ordered I decided to change my request basically at the same minute, before the request was sent off and the attendant clearly didn't like it. I kind of gave up, had our cappuccino and food for my mom only and we left. The lady who brought our bill was nice but generally speaking it was Not a good experience at all. The gentleman outside was the one really nice and gentle to us. I felt sad and mistreated. Ashamed and embarrassed for making my mother having that kind of experience on a Sunday morning when we were just looking to have a nice breakfast.

   It was an unexpectedly positive experience as we hadn’t been to Gourmet food parlour before . The venue is very relaxing , very competent staff and the food was just first class. Glad I discovered this restaurant . Will definitely return .

   Really poor service today server did not arrive to the table for at least 15 mins when we sat down the server was very rude and barely addressed us and our drinks where sat waiting to be served for 10 mins leaving 1 tea pot luke warm . We then sat with finished plates with no one arriving to ask about food as chips where stone cold and we waited so long we went to pay the bill ourselves along with many other customers. Overall this was a poor meal and not enough staff working here would not return or reccomend .

   Desserts were not available in the kitchen, we specifically came for that. But, most of the variety was finished and we couldn’t get what we wanted

   Lovely food. Good service and food delivered without any major delays even though very busy sunday lunchtime. Only downside was no 0.0 beer available

   It was very busy but the food, atmosphere, staff etc were very excellent. Would definitely return. Parking was a bit tight.

    Nice brunch. Food nice. Pleasant service. Nice decor. Coffee a bit pricey. Quite loud at first but quietened down after a while. Toilets nicely decorated but need to serviced/cleaned more regularly, was a bit of a disaster when I went in and it was only 1pm on a Sunday.
