    The check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the large number of people waiting. However, once I was checked in, everything went smoothly. The food was exceptionally well-prepared. My personal favorite was the prime rib, and I highly recommend getting a coffee and one of the freshly made donuts.

    Had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Our server never greeted us, actually never said a word to us the whole time. Had to ask for what what needed. Food was excellent.

    Overwhelmed and overbooked. Arrived 15min early for reservation. Seated 25 min after reservation time. Could not get a drink refill. Dessert table was empty. Either not enough staff or food to keep up with refills. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Enjoyed a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner in this marvelous venue! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! We live in Florida but are from Pa. We discussed making this a Thanksgiving tradition. Everything from venue to people and service to food and drink was incredible! The only disappointment was they didn’t have any Christmas decorations up. I understand they put those up the weekend after Thanksgiving. It would have made for a more festive atmosphere. They’re open 7 days a week and I highly recommend one visit for lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch.

    One of the best holiday buffets in Pittsburgh. The food was great however nothing was labeled and no menu provided. Later to find out the filling contained nuts which I am allergic. The ingredients are not listed anywhere in person or online either. Also the placement of hot food should be rethought as its location creates long lines and traffic jams with the flow of guests. It can be difficult to navigate during peak buffet times.
