   An excellent dinner experience. I felt there was some confusion in getting ourselves seated. We did arrive early and we're not sure why reception didn't handle it better. Buy - All issues resolved with a fine meal.

   Waited for over 30 minutes (w/reservations made over one week ago) for our table. Gave up and went to bar. Great service and food at the bar but still annoying.

   The location is amazing and so charming! The live music on Sunday night was lovely🙏❤️ Top notch Service by Valentina on Sunday! Professional and very friendly! We absolutely love our table outside at 5.00 pm… The food is always fresh and tasty .. the chicken was delicious and the Cioppino was outstanding! The wines list is superb and the price are very raisonnable. Thank you to Willie to manage perfectly this place! A GEM 🙏❤️

   The food was fantastic ! Our hats off to the Executive Chef Mr. Ressler. His creative artistry in the kitchen is amazing. He clearly has a passion for his clientele and their dining experience.

   We had their Christmas Day family style dinner. For $109.00 per person we were provided with 3 proteins,a grain salad, mashed potatoes,Brussel sprouts and spinach . The flavors were good but it felt like better than average banquet food. The service was good and the ambience was lovely. We didn’t feel that it was worth the price charged

   Very disappointing for a holiday menu and grossly overpriced at $109.00 per person on a prix fixe. Waitstaff underprepared, didn’t know menu or dessert items. Forgot to bring one side dish to our table. Waitress, Valentina very annoying and every response she gave us included the word “perfect.” Busboy was more attentive and knowledgeable than Valentina. Overall, a disaster of the offerings for a holiday dinner, it was more reminiscent of a disorganized potluck. We expected better from a Tommy Bahama’s Resort and restaurant. We would not recommend dining at Grapefruit Basil and were dumbfounded and embarrassed to have brought dinner guests with us.

   Even though we made a reservation for outside under the trees they could not put us there have people were not finished. Well they could have moved a table. we were alone where no one wanted to sit. We chose to have Christmas there outside with our little dogs and our mother . No drinks , no silver wear, no water, no apologies and no napkins because as it turns out the bar tender was our waiter in this empty overflow. We asked to take it home since we felt so utterly neglected for so long. they did comp us but we went home without a dessert. When you see an handicapped elder at your restaurant you should pay some attention to them on Christmas. I searched for help repeatedly and found waiters that looked like bums and explained that we had an old woman with us but no one helped us find our waiter or get us anyting So much for reservations on Christmas The hostess ignored us as we stood there waiting for acknowledgment as we were dressed in our finest.
