   I can honestly say the best brunch I’ve ever had, breakfast burrito and the French toast - insane! Service was impeccable and super friendly. Can’t wait to return

   All the services were very slow even there were many empty tables in the restaurant. I asked for water but the staff completely forgot in the first place. We waited almost 40 minutes for the food. The bottom of the two pieces of toasts are completely burnt but they tried to hide it. Even when we asked the bills, it took a while to get it and pay. Overall experience is very disappointing, much more worse than the last two times I visited

   Bossy lady working the floor told us we couldn’t sit somewhere because it had been reserved. So she moved us to the table next to it and when the customer sat down, he leaned over and said “I am sorry, I don’t know why she said that as I have no preference”. Well we did have a preference, which is why we sat there, so we complained. The manager said “that should not have happened as we don’t allow specific tables to be reserved”. How funny the “bossy lady” has allowed us to gain a 25% discount and gained the restaurant this bad review. Get back in your box bossy lady. We had a fabulous time, lovely food, it would have been slightly better if we had not been moved. Hey ho, she obviously has allowed power go to her head.

   Staff were nice and cocktails were good! Venue was very quiet which was a shame.

   Normally Grind Greenwich is really good but the service wasn’t great today. Trying to gets someone attention to take my order took forever. The waitress even looked at me and kept walking despite me waving at her. I also ended up having to go up to the counter to pay. I asked for water and none was ever brought out

   Really lovely venue but table not cleaned before we sat down. Nor busy but service sporadic Just ok food bit still a nice place with calm vibes.

   Had late brunch/early lunch. Minor error on the order rectified efficiently by staff without any fuss. Lovely fresh, tasteful food. Great service and although very busy, did not feel rushed from table. Looked after by the lovely Hannah. Had tea/coffee two breakfast dishes, very indulgent cocktail each and a pudding. Highly recommend the tiramisu.

    Great service and delicious food. Harriet looked after us really well. Lively atmosphere but the dining space was a bit too noisy for me.
