    Arrogantes und unfreundliches Personal. Ihr Kartenlesegerät funktioniert angeblich nicht und dann wird man erpresst um doppelt zu zahlen. In unverschämten und herablassenden Ton. Keinerlei kundenverständnis

    Der Abend war leider von einigen Unzulänglichkeiten geprägt: trotz Reservierung 2 Wochen vor dem Termin, war ein gewünschter Tisch nicht möglich. Mein Gast wollte zum Auftakt ein kleines Bier, das leider nie serviert wurde, dafür aber auf der Rechnung stand. Zudem wurde eine der Vorspeisen falsch serviert! Allerdings war die Vorspeise ausgezeichnet , sodass ich auf eine Reklamation verzichtete. Insgesamt kann ich deshalb diesmal nur eine durchschnittliche Bewertung abgeben, weil die Preise schon sehr gehoben sind!

    An der Garderobe sollte der service schon anfangen . Hier besteht noch Nachhol Bedarf . Das Personal sollte dementsprechend gesuhlt werden . Ein Lächeln öffnet viele Türen , danke

    Drinks dauern 40 Minuten Filet Steak für 68€ kalt Service mittelmäßig motiviert Hauptsache der Satz: “wir haben hier das Sharing Prinzip..,” wird brav aufgesagt. Look&Style der Gäste nicht der schönen Location entsprechend

    Es war wirklich sehr schön. Vor allem weil es nicht die gehobene Küche ist - das Prinzip des "Sharen" ist sehr nett und gesellig. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen. Der Blick ist wirklich einmalig.

    Tolles Erlebnis mit fantastischem Blick auf München , hervorragendem Essen, Sharing Prinzip am Tisch liegt uns sehr, perfekter legerer Service. Wir kommen wieder !

    Very friendly service. It was a bit slow due to missing staff on that day. But wasn’t a problem we enjoyed staying there longer with the amazing Munich view. We were overall very happy. Definitely gonna visit again👍🏼
