   Food and service were great. Disappointed we reserved a booth but they did not have one when we arrived. Ended up in bar seating that was less than ideal for a steak dinner.

   After seeing the movie Wicked, I wanted to treat my granddaughter from college & her friend, as well as my 13 year old granddaughter & my son to dinner. Love visiting downtown restaurants & found Grill 21 on the Open Table app. Decided to book a reservation after the movie. Arrived about 15 minutes earlier than reservation time, but was seated immediately. The 5 of us were seated in a nice booth. Our server April was exceptionally courteous & respectful. The food was brought out in a timely manner & we all enjoyed our meal with no complaints. First time there, will definitely visit again. Thank you!

   First thing first. 1. My mother and I arrived at our scheduled reservation time and were told by a very unfriendly (meaning she was very stern looking) pale hostess. Not what you expect to be greeted with when arrive. 2. Then we were told we would have to wait 20 minutes until we are to be seated, but it came quickly thanks to Anastasia (she was very helpful and friendly) like a person who works in hospitality should be. 3. The food was subpar to be honest and to say the least, from the over cooked macaroni (the noodles were way too soft) you didn’t even have to chew it, it was so soft! The mash potatoes were extremely runny, not thick like mash potatoes should be. The meat carver server, you could truly tell he did not want to be there. Very stark looking, but also the way he cut the Turkey and ham was crass and he just took his gloved hand (at least) and just picked up the cuts of meat and flopped it on your plate, or at least mines and the stuffing was disgusting! I mean stove top would have been 100 times better. 4. Lastly they tried to make us pay for complimentary drinks (due to being told we had to wait, when we first arrived) but, when I asked, they did kindly remove them, but they should not have added them to begin with. To sum this up for $125 per person, this truly and honestly was not worth it at all so dissapointed with this “Thanksgiving meal” NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

   The food was tasty, but my steak and asparagus were both room temperature. The service was professional and friendly, but not as quick as I expected in a restaurant with those price points. They had live jazz in the adjoining lounge area, which was nice. The Limencello Mascarpone was amazing!

   What a delightful discovery! Stepping into this restaurant, I was immediately struck by the beautifully designed space. The interior seamlessly blends elegance with comfort, creating an inviting atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for any meal. While breakfast can often be an afterthought at many establishments, this restaurant exceeded my modest expectations. The food was nothing short of excellent - each dish thoughtfully prepared and expertly executed. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, demonstrating the kind of polished professionalism you'd expect at a fine dining dinner service. The entire experience - from the sophisticated ambiance to the great service and excellent food quality - proved to be a wonderful surprise. Sometimes the best experiences come when you least expect them, and this restaurant delivers precisely that kind of pleasant surprise. This is a solid choice.

    My friends and I was able to reserve a table for 3 on line with very little wait. I ordered Crab cake, Blue wedge salad and 6 oz filet. The food was excellent. I ordered my filet med rare and it was cooked perfect. I would return.
