Named after our daughter Grace, along with the idea that a steakhouse can be graceful, whimsical, and elegant without being dark and moody. What started as a vision to keep the vibe light and airy while letting the outside in, has turned into an Award-winning design of which we couldn't be prouder.
This menu is truly meant to offer something for everyone, with often found steakhouse features as well as a plethora of seafood to truly highlight the best of the gulf and beyond. Prime, Dry Aged and local Wagyu cuts of beef in 4 to 40 oz. portions are available to satisfy any sized appetite. Innovative cocktails and wines from around the world top it all off -making Guard and Grace the place to be for happy hour, a couple's night out or your private event.
Our family, or Ohana, is a passionate group of culinary obsessives who strive to make memories that will last a lifetime. Houston is a special city that has stolen our hearts, and from the bottom of them, we thank you for joining us.

    My husband and I have never been here so we thought we would try it. The service was great and the food was good however I will say the VALET… Watch out for them! We paid the standard $15 for valet. We go to leave and one tells us our truck would not make it into the parking garage and we have to pay an additional $60 because of it then said we could Zelle or cashapp them the additional $60. (I wonder how many people have actually sent him money to his personal cashapp)… So he wanted us to cashapp him $60 to split between him and his boys because they had to leave our truck parked out front. No sir. I immediately went inside and asked to speak to the manager of the restaurant and he agreed that didn’t sound right and we were able to get our keys and leave. Fishy Fishy..

    service was outstanding- noise levels are LOUD. food was ok- the ny strip was really good, the salmon was bleh, the carrots and broccoli were great, the gnocchi was really, really good but you can’t really taste the truffle, mushroom dish and red fish - ok… cookies are yummy.

    The portions are large so sharing is possible. The server was fantastic! She was working so hard! Traveling through the kitchen was fun!!

    William was an excellent waiter. Enjoyed my tour of the kitchen. Decor is elegant. Velvet is 16 service fee not mentioned, fyi.
