   I have been to Gusto many times and this time was disappointing. Same great service and ambience but the portions were much, much smaller than they used to be and the prices were the same or more. Gusto used to be a go-to but with the shrunken portion size and higher prices, I won’t be going back anytime soon.

   Any Gusto you visit will promise a good meal! Having been a longstanding establishment within the dining community it comes down service. My experience (this time) at Gusto 501 was....fair. Again....food will always be amazing; ambiance was fitting for the evening, but it was the service that was lackluster (again...this time). Our server wasn't around when we needed her and at times we had to ask other servers to call ours over. Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt since it was a busy night but not sure I can get there since we've received more attentive service on busier nights. Aside from that, everything at Gusto was as expected.

   The service was impeccable - attentive, informative and friendly. My dish was a bit overly spiced for my taste however it was fresh- the pasta, the seafood. We tried four different appetizers which were sublime.

   Gusto 501 in Toronto impresses with its stunning industrial-chic interior, attentive service, and flavorful menu. The space, with its high ceilings and striking central atrium, creates an inviting ambiance perfect for a night out. Service was spot-on, with knowledgeable staff ensuring a smooth experience. While most dishes were delicious, some were a bit on the salty side. Despite this minor critique, the overall experience was enjoyable, fairly priced, and well worth a visit. I’d recommend it for both casual and special occasions.

   Best lasagna ever!! Love the multi level options. Beautiful interior design and looking forward to outdoor dining on top in the summer!

   Too noisy, we needed to shout to hear each other, tables were very small as well. The hostess was not very welcoming! Bad tiramisu Mediocre margarita Very delicious beef rib pasta! That was really good! Antipasti was also so so!

   Great service, delicious food although I wish the mushroom pasta has more mushroom in it, and use the mushroom from the appetizer. Wayyyy better pasta than Eataly. Drinks are good and value is great. P.s I feel bad for the waitstaff for the rude customer beside us. Awful woman.
