Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers guests a taste of Fieri’s signature cuisine. It features bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes. Open Sunday through Thursday 10am until 11pm. Friday and Saturday from 10am until 11:30pm. The restaurant offers a delicious food menu including an extensive variety of burgers, wings, tacos, small bites and shareable food items.

The 6,500 square-foot space boasts a large outdoor patio and dining area with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The cooking space features a metal, tile, and wood theme that closely resembles Fieri’s kitchen at home. Fieri’s tattoos are also incorporated as part of the design elements throughout the restaurant and bar, including coasters, napkins and dishware, as well as memorabilia from his alma mater, UNLV.

Service was great! We decision and were taken to out table enjoyed our experience. Then I got a no show charge. I went bank that evening to let them know we did eat showed receipt aswell. Next morning also went back to show we were there.

We came for the Trash Can Nachos + they did not disappoint! The House-Smoked Pork was out of this world. If you are in Las Vegas…don’t miss out!!!

I kept it simple. i orderrd a guacamoli burger, fries and a side salad. Burger was one of the best i have ever had. Meat extends beyond bun by an inch around. meat outside crispy. inside tender. Loads of guac. oozed out with every bite. jalepenos, lettuce, cheese, and a crispy/crunchy round nacho tortilla under the patty creating a pleasant adventure in texture. this burger is all about texture and flavor. Dare i say, a perfect burger. Fries. 3 types in the bucket. crinkle, round wedge, and waffle fries. Again, an adventure in texture. perfect. The only disappointing experience was the side salad. a few waffle cut carrots, radishes and some slivers of red onion. The taste, even with the dressing was the bitter taste you get with iceberg. it was mostly romane, but the salad did not compliment the thought and care the hot dishes exemplifies. It is really a side thought because they had yo offer a salad. Though the cuts of carrot and radish were nice texture and artistic, it did not overcome rhe "plain" taste of it. ratio is everyrhing. ratio is quite unbalanced. I dont recommend the salads. in observing other salads delivered to tables, i could see the ratio problem was not limited to my experience. Service by Audel, my server, was outstanding. It was he who recommended this burger to me. his timing was perfect and he had a wondeeful diaposition. Price.... you get what yiu pay for. the price for the meal was about $54 for thw burger, fries and salad and a diet soda. pricey, but well worth a visit for the burger and fries... just avoid the lettuce rhey call a salad. As with many google maps directing to a restaurant in this city, itbwill drop.you in the middle of a mall cluster and you need to seek out or ask where this place is.

The experience was ok at best. I was really hoping for more options and more flavor. I got the steak which is not as good as I can do at home for 1/3 the cost with a better cut of meat. My wife got the Cajun chicken and pasta and the Cajun was not there. I also ordered the off menu chips and salsa, which we never got and it was not until the waitress brought out the check that we found out they did not have salsa. Service was not good. Our waitress had only a couple of tables but would disappear for long amounts of time. We went there for the experience and it was disappointing.
