   The food was ok, the service bad. We told our waiter it was our first time and that we were excited and asked him to tell us how the menu works and give us recommendations, instead he rolled his eyes and said “you just order what you want”.

   Fun Valentine's Day, large crowd but really handling well, we were seated within 4 minutes of our reservation, food was excellent, price was setup for 2, very reasonable, attention to our needs was very good, we ate at an earlier time, but we did not feel rushed to give up our table.

   I enjoyed my first visit and the extensive list of items to choose from. The cooking guide was extremely helpful and made sure I didn’t destroy my selections. The broccoli, duck breast, pork belly, harami skirt steak, and umakara ribeye were all tasty. I look forward to returning.

   Unfortunately our service was very slow. Not sure if the waitress was overwhelmed or what happened but we ordered serval drinks and they came 20 mins later. We had to ask to order because we had waited a while with no one coming back. We went on a Monday so it wasn’t busy. The only other real issue is all of the lights constantly flickered the entire time.

   For gratuity to be included and non optional is a rip off. We were not given plates or silverware in a timely manner and had our first round burning on the grill and asked multiple times for plates. We were one of three tables with about 6 or 7 different staff members talking and ignoring our needs. I reserved here for my birthday dinner which they asked for an occasion and did nothing for it, which is fine - but why ask. We had to get our own drink refills all night with a pitcher left on a counter because no one would come to check on us. The bar served drinks with maybe melted watered down ice and probably 3 ounces of alcohol on a regular gin & tonic, insanely strong, but watered down at the same time. It was not busy at ALL and we were still begging someone to take care of our table. To then have to pay those servers an already included $57 tip to do absolutely nothing for our service other than the bare minimum of bringing the bowls of food, is not only a rip off for the experience you’re getting but the service itself! I also leave a grand tip for servers as I was a server and bartender myself for years, this was absolutely pathetic and I am curious if management or ownership ever pays attention to their staffs performance. Maybe this is why it was super slow on peak Sunday dinner hours.

   Wonderful time and food. Fun experience. A little frustrating with the food timing. I understand the timed buffet concept but time between items served was a bit delayed. There were multiple times we waited for the next service with no items on the table. Server was wonderful and very helpful. Will absolutely visit again. Just an observation and opinion

   It was a different experience which I really enjoy enjoyed with my family. I would only do it on special occasions it was a bit expensive for a family of four, but there was plenty of food.

   2nd time here and I enjoyed it as much as the first time, fresh quality meat, marinated and full of flavor and fast service. Looking forward to many more visits here!

    Had a lot of different cuts of meats that were chewy and not very high quality. Tables are always so crowded with plates, they need bigger tables with this thousand small plate system. We did the buffet style dining, where a fix price allows you to eat any items off the menu for 90 minutes. When we got to the end we had a few plates of raw meats that we couldn’t eat anymore. The waitress told us that we will be charged for plates that we haven’t touched - even though we paid a flat rate for the buffet menu. I asked why would they double charge - but she did not have an answer. We were also given a few meats that were marinated in spicy sauce - that we definitely did not order. The messy table situation creates a very stressful dining experience, and the wanting to double charge for our order is a definite turn off. Not very pleased with our experience.
