Made the booking for Nov 11 but nobody told us the restaurant was closed due to maintenance. Wasted a trip going there, only to find out it was closed without prior notice. Also wasted the parking fee. Poor arrangement!

We used to routinely dine here, considering we live a few blocks away. Always bringing visitors and family here. Now, we are super reluctant. Not sure what happened, but it’s unfortunate. You think during quieter hours, you’d have more diligent staff, but we were often ignored by them walking directly by our table. I had to wave frantically and call out at the same time. Really sad to have to leave this review. I loved this place! Even visiting other locations around the world.

Very slow service today. This place used to be such good value and had an amazing happy hour. Now the prices are getting VERY steep and food quality has definitely gone down.

Not sure if the restaurant was too busy but didn't get much services while we were there. We also asked for hot tea but never got it... Staffs didn't bothered asking if I'm using any rewards gained from their app. Overall, enjoyed their food but the services were sub-par. Will likely to try other bbq place next time.
