Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef with a Michelin Star both inside and outside of Mexico, presents HA’, a unique proposal in Contemporary Mexican Cuisine in Riviera Maya. With a 9-course tasting menu in which, Carlos shows us that flavors, textures and temperatures are elements that tell us a surprising story and help us learn about his love for his roots.

When you think you have found your favorite dish Gaytán’s inspiration proposes new creations as the seasons change, ensuring your experiences are always unique and different. Come and have a unique culinary experience at Hotel Xcaret Mexico

                      Amazing food, exquisite service, breathtaking venue. Everything you would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant and more. The presentations of the various offerings were incredible. From the opening cocktail, to the final course, it was everything we had hoped for. We have eaten in many Michelin starred restaurants around the world, and this did not disappoint. Hats off to chef Gaytan, well done!

                      Our first Michelin Star and tasting menu experience. Each dish was delicious and carefully curated. The service was incredible. We were completely blown away from start to finish. Highly recommend.

                      This meal was excellent. Totally recommend and Ricardo our server was great and knowledgeable. We didn’t do the wine pairings but he talked me into a delicious white Mexican wine. Also got a delicious cake for my birthday. We will be back.

                      The lightening was not ideal, the music left much to be desired. The food, while generally good, was not spectacular, the portions were too much on the frugal side and the wine pairing sometimes didn’t work. Definitely not 1 Michelin star worthy.
