   Terrible service. No napkins, no water refills, and drinks ordered only came after we asked. The server rolled her eyes when we pointed out a missing complimentary drink and still didn’t bring it.

   Food was rather bland not a lot of flavor. Roasted chicken was bland and rum prawns were not very flavorful

   Prime example of why Valentine's Day is just a cash grab for a lot of restaurants. We never received our cup of champagne that came with our meal. We were told the cups were being washed. Everybody around us was getting them though. Never got a refill for the drink I ordered. Prices for the dessert are absolutely insane. Will probably go to a high-end Steakhouse from now on and pay the same.

   Too dark. Could not see the menu. Also had the price of dinner at the very bottom of the menu in very small numbers. The waiter did not explain that there was an extra charge for the item ordered off of the “set menu”, and did not mention champagne was included until after we order a drink from the bar and we realized it. Food tasted lack luster. Felt ripped off.

   Prior to arrival there was an issue with traffic, the host was able to make a slight adjustment to accommodate. The staff from arrival to dining gave great service. The food was exceptionally delicious and wait staff were patient with us while making our selections.

   My husband and I have been coming here for 4 years and each time we’ve come it has ALWAYS been romantic whether it was during the spring, summer, fall, or winter. The ambiance is amazing and the phenomenal servers will go out of their way to make it a romantic night for any couple coming in. The food and drinks are fantastic and worth the price in my opinion. My husband loves their exclusive & unique rum choices! Our valentines day experience will be an experience we’ll never forget, it was beautiful!

    My wife and I had dinner at Habana on February 13. We were greeted with complimentary Sparkling Rose wine and taken to our table. Service was exemplary. We shared the jumbo crab cake appetizer which had a little more cake than crab but it did have some nice pieces of lump crab. Both of our entrees were good to so-so. We eat Cuban style food rarely so don’t have a good comparison so our assessment was based on other fine dining experiences we have had. The only negative part of the meal was the sound level. We struggled to have a conversation and constantly had to repeat ourselves because of the noise. Overall we give this restaurant a 3.5 rating and rounded up to 4 because of the good service.
