   As usual we had a wonderful experience at Habanero’s. Our server, Daniel was terrific. The food was delicious. My wife had the Short Ribs and I had the Catch of the Day. We always come to Habanero’s when we come to Cabo. Thank you for another excellent dining experience!! Never disappoints!!

   Habaneros wasn’t what we expected after reading Yelp reviews. Staff was friendly enough , food and drinks mediocre . I’d say Touristy .

   We have been coming to Cabo for many years and tried every restaurant. This is still by far one of our favorites. The food is always delicious and the service is outstanding. Never disappoints!

   Our favorite restaurant overall in San Jose. There are many wonderful restaurants in town (and out of town) but we always take guests to Habaneros. The food is always delicious no matter what we order. Service is consistently excellent. Daniel has been there for years and he makes sure everything is perfect. They have an optional set menu on Tuesdays that is a bargain for 750 pesos. Live music while you dine is very good. Highly recommend!

   Excellent restaurant - we had an incredible meal. The live music was off the charts. It was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back.

   We both ordered the fish special which was Snapper and it was delicious! All of the wait staff were very accommodating.

   First time at Habaneros. Love the ambiance & vibe. It was a quiet night, but can imagine it gets lively and fun. We had Prawns and taquitos for starters. And some xl margaritas. They were delicious. Fresh yellowfin for main. That was perfectly prepared. Thank you Kevin for your delightful attention to my Mom, who is celebrating her 86th year. She appreciated the special birthday treat.

   It was the first time I ever heard of or seen Chile Wellington on a menu. It was incredible! I tasted my wife’s short ribs selection and it was very good too. The back ribs on the open grill would have been my second choice. I’m not usually a dessert person; however, I have a weakness for ice cream and churros…be sure to leave room for that! With so many great restaurants in downtown San Jose I’m glad we chose this one and were able to use the Open Table app.

    While it’s known as a great evening spot, the breakfast was off the charts. Our waiter was fantastic and helpful. The cup of coffee was hot and fresh, a mark of a good breakfast spot. The surprise was the homemade cinnamon roll and fruit skewer! The roll was incredible. We got the avocado toast and breakfast sandwich. The bread was freshly baked added significantly to both orders. The green juice was an awesome recovery tool from the tequila fog of the previous night! The courtyard is amazing and beautiful. Try to arrive at 8:30 am or 9:00 am!
