   Other than a short wait for our table, this place exceeded our expectations! Usually these places have one thing and not the other but this place had it all! The atmosphere was phenomenal, device was great, they helped celebrate a birthday for us and did amazing ! We appreciate the personalized menu with a crown and sash. The drinks were fantastic and IG worthy! Plates were delicious and very filling! We would come back for a celebration!!!

   We were not expecting this place to be so loud and overcrowded and it really ruined the evening for us. The music is blasting like you’re in a night club with the base vibrating in your chest the whole time, it’s way too much in my opinion and quite headache inducing. The decorations & ambiance are really beautiful, but you feel squished in like sardines at the table because it’s so packed and the space between the table and booth seat is too narrow. The drinks were not good, although the presentation was absolutely stunning, the ceviche was really sweet and the guacamole needed salt for sure. But the main problem was the level of loudness and a few at our table couldn’t handle it and we left without ordering entrees. This would be a great place to go for people who love social media & taking pictures, who also enjoy the “club like” experience at dinner.

   Celebrated my birthday here last night & had a ball! Food & drinks were delish. Our waitress Danny was the best! Thanks for making my birthday memorable. Will definitely be back soon. And the club “The Luxor” was definitely a vibe. Worth every penny spent. Love you guys! 😘😘😘

   The service was super slow. Had to call over waiters every time we needed something including water. We had to ask after a long wait to get refills. Service is usually far better than this.

    Daughter’s birthday. We requested a pink booth. When we arrived they told us it was not available because another party of 10. So they sat us at another booth that we had to climb over seat just to sit in it. Which was right across the pink booth and the guest were leaving. So we requested to be move and again they said it was taken. The booth stayed empty from 5:42- 7:20 until we left. Such a disappointment because that’s one of the reasons she chose Hacienda. Ask for a detailed receipt, gratuity was added on the detailed receipt. Almost paid triple gratuity because we added extra not knowing it was already added until we ask for our detailed receipt. We The food was just ok, drinks were A1.
