   Food and service are always excellent. It’s a little pricey but it doesn’t stop us from returning each time we visit Cancun!

   Made sure to go twice while we were in Mexico because the food, service and ambiance is excellent.

   Nice ambiance and excellent service. Prices are reasonable. My shrimp roll appetizer was very bland. My lime shrimp entree was good, but it could use more spices. Other appetizer and entree selections have been much better (I have dined at Sisal many times).

   We have been going to Hacienda Sisal for 15 years or more. Tonights meal, I had the pork chop and my wife had the steak. My pork chop was served Cold and it was questionable if it was cooked completely. My wife's steak was less than "Choice" in grade and was filled with gristle. Her vegetables were raw and the mashed potatoes were cold. We will continue to frequent the Hacienda but won't be so tolerant of substandard food. There are so many other choices in Cancun if it doesn't improve.

   Hacienda Sisal Cancun was part of the all inclusive package in the Royal Sands Cancun. We easily made a reservation and had an amazing meal. Service was impeccable and friendly, food was SO good and drinks were top notch.
