   Some very inventive and excellent seafood and Asian influenced dishes. The place is a bit shabby - an old Motel setting, but the service was attentive and prompt. ave your pennies - not cheap.

   We loved Hai Noon! The food is delicious, the staff is super attentive, the ambiance is great - it’s so nice to go to a restaurant and hear everyone at your table! The tofu papaya dish and the spoons - to die for!

   Nobuo is as always, an amazing creator of sensory experiences. The staff is second to none, and the setting is perfect. Need I say more?

   Outstanding experience. Arizona (that really is his name) is perhaps the best server I’ve encountered in quite awhile. The food is delicious and memorable— you have to try the oyster spoon and the grapefruit avocado spoon— WOWIE! I’m sure you’ve had Pork Belly buns before, but these buns were smoky and deeply flavored, with a nice bite from the pickled mustard greens. If you are lucky, they’ll have the seared big eye tuna. Lovely presentation. We went early on a weeknight— I’m sure this is a hip happening place on the weekends since it’s located in the Papago Motor Hotel. Go!!!

   Absolutely amazing, every time. The food is so fantastic and unique, same with the cocktails. Recommend getting one of every thing.

   What a surprise to find this little gem of Japanese umami! Wonderful service and excellent chef driven cuisine. It is in a totally random location and not what you would expect, but trust me, it’s delicious!

   This restaurant never disappoints. Chef Nobuo is a master at combining unusual ingredients & flavors in both the food and the cocktails. The tasting menu was simply spectacular!

   Cool vibe, great service, food was good but they were out of a lot of dishes. Very few gluten friendly options.
