Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the 4-floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.

To complement our wine list, there is a $60 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $120 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

                    It may be because it was NYE but the food was lukewarm, the dumplings cold and the rice clearly dried out under a heat lamp. The evening was OK but the food was a real let-down. It was topped off with a 12 inch black hair on the dumpling plate. At $199 per head it was a dispiriting and expensive experience and we will probably never return.

                    Food is not as good as it should be. Beef was not tender. Soup was too vinegarish. Lobster was too troublesome to eat with shells.Waiter was not so attentive. Overall the rating and price don’t match.

                    The food was marvelous, highly advise to get the duck, the hot and sour soup and the duck salad!!! Our waiter was also exceptional and suggested us the best dishes to get! Thanks Daniel!

Musique trop forte, carte menu peu explicative, cocktail très moyen. en fait il s’agit d’un restaurant franchise qui ressemblait à une cantine dans un resort avec trop de monde qui ressemblait à un supermarché peu qualitatif très très très loin des standards européens du luxe

                    Hakasan is our favourite restaurant. We sine where every couple of weeks. The amazing team knows what we love and help us pick new things when we bring friends. The service is just the best restaurant service on the planet. And the vibe is so fun.

                    Without doubt, the Best Peking Duck in Miami! We had a cocktail before dinner at the bar, and the bar tender Raül was very professional and very polite. For dinner we had the two kinds of Dim sum, The Whole Pecking Duck, the Beef and truffle fried rice, and the beef tenderloin. It was four of us and it more than enough as we shared. The service of our waiter Ernesto, was impeccable! I highly recommend Hakkasan! We plan to be back!
