Our signature dishes included the award winning G special ramen, Ahi Poke Nachos and Karaage Japanese fried chicken. Ingredients are sourced locally from small growers and farmers including Koloa Farms free range organic brown eggs.

Ramen & Whiskey was founded in Portland Oregon 2013 where its sister restaurant has received numerous accolades and recognition as one of Portland’s top ramen shops.” We are humbled and blessed to share our style ramen and Japanese/Hawaiian inspired cuisine with locals and visitors to the Garden Isle.”

Awesome service from the moment we arrived until we paid our bill. The edamame was delicious but OMG the curry ramen and G-special ramen were simply amazing. We will be back (maybe even on this trip!).

Ten minutes to be acknowledged after we were seated. We ordered …..then about ten minutes after that are told that a place that a main portion of the menu is rice bowls ran out of rice on a Tuesday night…..we left and went elsewhere.
