    We used Harborview for our business meeting reception both this year and the last and it has worked out splendidly. Roped-off space by the bar with high tables works well for 20 people (could be expanded into adjacent area), with a wonderful appetizer spread. Highly recommend!

    Very good food in a great location in Embarcadero. If I go again, will try to get outdoor reservation on a sunny day as the outdoor space (closed on the evening we went) has spectacular views of the Ferry Building. Pluses: three amazing dishes--Peking duck; special house beef; salt and pepper prawns. Minuses: very inattentive service; I suspect we were given the wrong fried rice dish (no hint of XO sauce) and then lied to. Service was slow and food came out of order with some entrees preceding the starters. Overall, I think that if we had a different server we would have had a much better experience.

    I don’t know how this restaurant is labeled as a Michelin plate. Food was nothing special. We ordered the special for $60/ per person and a bottle of wine. Food was all bland and desert was gross. Wish we had read more reviews first.

    Our server was horrible. Rushed us to order then forgot to order one of our dishes. When we asked about the vegetable dish, she couldn’t explain them to us then got frustrated at us for not understanding her. She seemed like she was couldn’t be bothered with bringing basic things to the tables like utensils since one of us doesn’t use chopsticks.

    We had dinner on a Thursday night with co-workers in from our NY office. We were seated quickly and ordered several entrees, all of which were delicious. Servers were friendly and attentive. At the end of the meal, we asked split checks for expense purposes which was handled without any issues. Dining room was very clean and fairly quiet which made for a pleasant dining experience. If in the area again, would definitely go back again.
