Situated in Denmark's lively capital, Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen is located at the beginning of the downtown shopping boulevard, right on the main drag. We've been rockin' the city for over 20 years and relocated to new 1260 square meter cafe in 2015, over viewing Rådhuspladsen and the city Hall. The Cafe is located just 12 minutes from the famous Little Mermaid, a short walk from the famous amusement park Tivoli, and less than two miles from the beautiful Rosenborg Castle Gardens. Stop by for a satisfying meal, a handmade cocktail or check out our memorabilia from local and international artists such as The Rolling Stones, Amy Winehouse and Pretty Maids.

    We were left waiting to be seated and then left waiting to order. The children were given an activity book but no pens or crayons to use which meant they were useless. I had been asked when booking and confirmed we were celebrating a birthday - why ask if you then do not acknowledge? The food was ok and the server was friendly and helpful in general. The toilets were a disgrace! Disappointing experience sadly.

    Starters and mains had to be sent back as they were cold. No apology offered. Food was ok when brought back. Just an overall poor experience

    Awful experience. Both ordered burgers. One was completed inedible- dried up / no sauce or salad inside. Was meant to be served on a bed of coleslaw, just a small amount of dried cabbage. So bad we had to send back. They re-cooked and the second attempt was better but by then our experience was ruined as we then ate one at a time. Absolutely no compensation provided, just a bill for nearly 600kr. So Disappointing. we have eaten in many Hard Rock Cafes around the world and will not be visiting again.

    It's called HARD ROCK CAFE yet all that was playing was soft pop? Why? Food: small portions for the price and every burger seamed like the same. Everytime someone came in, they would bring a draft of cold air with them...
