I'm a big fan of Hard Rock Cafe, and I have visited them all over Europe and arround the world. But the one in Gdansk, is probably the worst one in Europe. The staff felt realy hostile, and I didn't feel welcome at all. And the staff didn't even talk to each other. Normally everyone is smiling and happe, and there are a awesome atmosphere,but not at all at the one in Gedansk. The presentation of the food was not good either compare to other Hard Rock Cafe. (We ordered the ribs) The food portions was not that big, and it looked like it has bin standing for a while, and then reheated. Generally I will not call the a Hard Rock Cafe at all.

The pulled pork sandwich was amazing, especially the BBQ sauce. We also had the smashed burger which was a little bit burned, and a bit underspiced. The service was great! When something was wrong with the order, they quickly fixed it :-) We ate at 6 o’clock, and it was a bit noisy as we were sat by the bar, but overall we had a grear experience.

We waited too long for our server to come by. We waited almost an hour after the plates was picked up until the next time she came by so we could order dessert. But the food was good, and the ambience was great. Overall satisfied, but the wait for our server should have been shorter.

Have been going to countless hard rock cafes around the world for many years, by far the worst experience we’ve had at a Hard Rock Cafe ever. Normally we have great food and great service however this was a disaster. The initial greeting came across very rude and unhelpful, we were told despite booking they were short on tables so was placed in a back room with no windows away from the main part, due to this we seemed to have gotten forgotten about by our server as we had to wait extremely long once at our table for any interaction. Our mains came out cold, also as we ordered the fajitas our wraps came out stuck together which the waitress advised was due to them being left on the side too long whilst the rest of the main was being prepared, whilst waiting for new wraps our already cold food got even colder. As mentioned whenever we are in a new city we always love to go to a Hard Rock Cafe and have been to hard rock cafes in many cities such as London, Las Vegas, New York, Niagara Falls, Krakow, Brussels, Prague, Rome, Venice, Vienna to name just a few and in all our other experiences we have had nothing but good things to say. Due to the brands great reputation and our previous excellent experiences we booked a table for New Year’s Day hoping to get 2024 off to a good start but left extremely disappointed.
