Set in a historic, 500-year-old house on two floors with 650m2, the cafe offers space for 250 guests, a modern bar for awesome nightlife, the Rock Shop with exclusive merchandise and a stage that is regularly played. In summer, the patio invites you to eat with a view of the Nordkette and the golden Dacherl.

The walls in the house show many original memorabilia by famous musicians from the rock and pop world, such as dresses from Beyonce, Madonna and Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson and Johnny Cash shoes, instruments from Rolling Stones, Prodigy and many others. Thus, the Hard Rock Cafe is also the largest museum of contemporary music in Austria.

The restaurant offers an popular American-influenced classic menu with the Original Legendary Burger also locally-inspired and vegan food. The special advantage about this Hard Rock Cafe is that it offers only meat and bread from the region.

    rib eye was dead well done instead of medium well. baby ribs were reheated. Good: Nachos were perfectly done. The service was great.

    We had a reservation for a special occasion. Well, the host asked us to wait at the bar till he finished preparing our special occasion table. After 30 minutes wait, he totally forgot about us. Because they sat other people during our wait, the sat us in the basement when we ask to be seated upstairs. The waitress was okay at the beginning but was overwhelmed when it was packed. Food was okay but not excellent. Waited another 30 minutes to pay, machine did not work, and she totally forgot about us. She was continuing serving others. Paid in cash. If you asking me if I recommend the place, not. The are traditional restaurants all around even some other burgers places.

    Der Service, die Mitarbeiter waren alles samt super und nett und sehr höflich. Ich empfinde es immer als unangenehm, wenn Tische so eng stehen. Ich will ja eigentlich nicht, das die Nachbar unseren Gesprächen lauschen. Wir hatten Salat und ich muss sagen, das Dressing war nichts. Sehr Geschmacksneutral und auch wenig. Viele salatblätter waren ohne Dressing. Das war etwas enttäuschend.

    Hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, prompte Bedienung und super leckere Burger, welche unglaublich satt machen. Preislich allerdings auch sehr gehoben, daher für einen besonderen Tag.
