   Heel aardig personeel echt een aanrader (vooral met kerst). Enigste minpunt was het 1,5 uur de tijd die je kreeg om te eten, maar dat is te begrijpen met de drukke (volgeboekte) feestdagen. Eten is ook erg goed bevallen!

   Great atmosphere and music! We were sat in a delightful little booth and our waiter was very attentive.

   They ran out of food. We got the ribs which you couldn’t pull apart or cut with a knife they were so dried out and burnt. The steak frites had the meat so unevenly cooked. It was suppose to be medium rare and 2 pieces (since it was cut already) were medium rare the rest was well done. Took forever to get water. Our waiter was nice but he was being pulled all over the place.

   Table was ready when we arrived for Christmas dinner on Christmas Day, unfortunately after ordering food we were told that there is not enough meat as they ran out of turkey, when we wanted to order a steak we were told that we’d need to pay extra… We ordered chicken just to be served two festive dinners that we were told weren’t available… Unfortunately we didn’t get Christmas crackers for the table, all food came at once (starter, main) The value for money was not matched, over £90 for two people and we were left with a feeling that put us off

   Great experience our waitress was genuinely friendly attentive and efficient.All staff were happy and accommodating. Food was good as were the drinks.Place was warm and had a Christmas vibe.Going again

   Accoglienza e servizio molto cordiale e simpatico. Philippa si è presa cura di noi in maniera impeccabile. Il cibo era buono (nella media di altri Hard Rock visitati in Europa e in USA). Mi sarei aspettato qualcosina in più visto il costo del menù di Natale (ad esempio una birra inclusa nel prezzo o una scelta più ampia di dolci) ma nel complesso, vista la media di Londra e considerato che era il giorno di Natale, direi che l'esperienza è stata positiva. L'atmosfera è sempre molto bella ed è sempre un piacere poter vedere cimeli della musica rock esposti dal vivo. Torneremo sicuramente per altre occasioni.

   Miscommunicatie mbt het menu; via Open table een ander keuzemenu dan bij het restaurant. Het voorgerecht bestond uit keuze tussen twee soorten salades. De caesar was redelijk, de berry/geitenkaas zag er niet appetijtelijk uit. Geen zorg besteed aan de opmaak van de borden. Hoofdgerecht was op en top massaproductie, jammer. Het vlees op de hamburger was gortdroog, de friet lauw. Het gerecht van mijn tafelgenoot, kalkoen, was goed en de groenten waren beetgaar. Het toetje leek een grapje; dun reepje cheesecake welke ook nog halfbevroren bleek. Al met al zonde van de £40 per persoon. Ik weet dat je geen culinaire hoogstandjes mag verwachten van een Hard Rock cafe, maar dit was de slechtste ervaring ooit. Als klap op de vuurpijl kwam de ober na het betalen van de rekening terug aan tafel omdat hij £0,06 te weinig had ingevuld op het pinapparaat. Mochten we nog de £0,06 pinnen….     Fantastic Staff Christmas Lunch was one of the best I have had In London , all the staff made Christmas so special .
