   Had a tasty fresh lunch with continual wine, Prosecco and we also had cocktails . Our waitress was very friendly and pleasant, she explained it all as we had never been before . It was a Xmas day out but will certainly be going back.

   First people in HR Newcastle to have the Festive afternoon tea, well worth the money great choices on the table. We struggled to eat everything and brought half of home with us the selection was very filling and totally worth the visit and cost, even brought the wine home unopened. Highly recommend the food and restaurant the staff were very attentive and great service throughout the time we were there

   Not enough options for vegetarians. Daughter ordered flatbread but was laced with oil and sliced tomatoes. Expected more cheese options and teenager friendly food.

   Lovely time at the hard rock. Our server was really nice and attentive. Unfortunately the music was just a little loud as she sometimes wasn't able to hear what we were saying we were ordered. Food all come out quickly and hot. The potions sizes were really good. But I think the prices are abit ridiculous. We sat in a booth style table and we really had to squeeze in to it and we aren't really massively big people. But other than that everything was fine. Don't really plan to come back again any time soon as we just went for an occasion. It's too expensive.

   Service was really good and helpful throughout and this was the best part of the experience. The Chicken Wings were tasty, however the burgers were underwhelming and expensive for the quality. Sides were average.

   Great service, great food and great music. We went to the Hard Rock for a meal before going to a gig at the Riverside.We were seated, and our orders were taken in a few minutes. The drinks were there quickly and our food arrived not long after. We got 2 Burgers and 2 BBQ combos. They were all amazing. Everything was succulent and full of flavour and the portions were spot on. We'll definitely be going back again in the future 😁

   The Legendary Burger and Hurricane were beautiful! They're Hard Rock's trademark menu options for a reason
